Your order will begin processing immediately after placing an order on our website. We will usually then ship out the order on the next working day.
Please be advised that in an effort to process orders as quickly as possible we cannot make any guarantees on our ability to edit or cancel orders once an order has been placed on our site.
However, there is sometimes a short window of time whereby we may be able to edit or cancel an order after the order has been placed. If you change your mind after ordering, you can email our support team on support@ Zoom+.com and they will be happy to advise whether a cancellation is still possible.
You will receive an email from Zoom+ LLC when your order has been confirmed and once your order has been shipped out you will receive an automated message notifying you of your tracking code.
Shipping is currently free worldwide with average delivery times of between 4-15 days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We use a number of different couriers to deliver our products based on your order location. The last mile of most deliveries will be fulfilled by your local post services (i.e. USPS, FedEx, Deutsche Post DHL, France La Poste etc.
Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Zoom+ LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions or delays, etc.
Kaizen Clicks LLC will not refund any items that have been despatched and are currently in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order then you may return unwanted, unopened items for a refund on receipt of the goods. Please contact our support team on support@ Zoom+.com prior to returning any items to us.
Refusing delivery or returning a package as ‘Return to sender’ are not appropriate methods of return shipment.
Kaizen Clicks LLC will not be responsible for packages refused at delivery, returned to sender or sent to an invalid address that has been provided by the customer.
If you have not received your package and believe it to have been lost then please be advised that a package is determined lost when there has been no updated activity on the tracking code for 14 days (US + Europe), or 28 days (Rest of the World). Lost packages are entitled to refund or replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Items purchased (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) and in its original packaging with tags attached (where applicable) may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact our customer service team on support@ Zoom+.com prior to returning items to us so they can issue return instructions.
Zoom+ LLC will not accept non-defective returns not in original packaging and/or that show any signs of usage. Returns of this nature will not be refunded and the customer shall bare the cost of re-shipment if it is requested the items are returned to you.
Accepted returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of $4.95 for each item returned.
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that we receive the item.
On confirmation of receipt of your returned items via our customer service desk, a refund will be processed and you will be notified by email. Please allow between 3-5 working days for the money to be returned to your purchasing payment method.
